The Smooth Leather Care Set is suitable for regular cleaning and care of smooth leather from its third year onwards. It cleans the material gently, provides intensive care and offers lasting protection against UV radiation, inhibits the natural degradation process and protects it from becoming dirty again.

Description

With increasing age and regular use, leather is subjected to greater stress. Dirt, skin oils, UV radiation and everyday friction take their toll on the surface over time and accelerate the natural ageing process. From the third year onwards, smooth leather therefore requires care that goes beyond simple cleaning and specifically supplies the material with the active ingredients it needs to maintain its condition in the long term. The Smooth Leather Care Set was developed precisely for these requirements and is suitable for vehicle and furniture leather as well as Long Life leather.

The leather should be cleaned before applying care. This prevents dirt from being fixed onto the leather by the care product. The Leather cleaning brush brown makes work easier with heavy soiling deep in the grain. For the care of older leather (from the third year onwards), we recommend Leather Care. Its antioxidants stop the degradation of the leather, and its UV filters protect the surfaces of old and valuable leather from fading. It also gives the leather a supple surface.

Application

Please read the instructions below carefully before each use!

Cleaning:

After transferring it to the foamer bottle, apply a little Leather Cleaner mild to the sponge or the Leather Cleaning brush brown and clean the leather. It is important to clean all areas evenly in order to achieve a visually uniform appearance. The process can be repeated if necessary.

Care with Leather Care

Rub a little Leather Care into a soft cloth and apply a thin layer from seam to seam. Allow to dry without buffing. The process can be repeated on more heavily stressed areas.

Reapply care to stressed areas every 3 months and to normally used leather every 6 to 12 months.

Notes

  • Always test products for changes in an inconspicuous area first.
  • Care and protective products should always be applied to a clean surface.
  • Shake products before use.
  • Protect products from frost and heat (+40 °C)
  • Observe the hazard symbols on the bottles, if present.
