If the total value of the goods is less than CHF 40.–, the buyer bears the return shipping costs if the goods ordered correspond to those delivered. If the total value of the goods exceeds CHF 40.–, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. On request, we will also be happy to send you a return label so that you can hand in the return at the post office easily and at no cost to you. Simply attach the return label and hand the parcel in at the counter.
