Colourlock Aniline & Nubuck Cleaner, 250 ml

Aniline leather is open-pore smooth leather. Such leather is wonderfully warm and natural, but more sensitive than surface-dyed smooth leather. Aniline leather is not always the same. Some has a fine grain and is pre-waterproofed; other leather is more coarse-pored and absorbs every liquid immediately.

Nubuck and velour leather are leathers with a sanded surface that is more or less velvety. Common umbrella terms for these types of leather are napped leather and suede. The advantages of napped leather are its pleasantly warm feel and beautiful texture. The disadvantage is its sensitivity. Over time, napped leather becomes shiny and greasy-looking, stains occur more easily, and it fades more quickly. Careful handling and timely cleaning and care keep such leather beautiful for a long time. 

Please read the notes below carefully before every application!

Apply Aniline & Nubuck Cleaner to the sponge and always clean wet in circular motions from seam to seam to prevent stains and streaks. Then allow the leather to dry completely without external influence (hairdryer). After cleaning, aniline leather should be protected and conditioned again with Aniline Cream, and napped leather with the waterproofing treatment. Adequate care is especially important for open-pore leather so that it is somewhat more resistant and can be cleaned more easily.

• Always first test the product in a concealed area for changes.
• Never apply the product directly to the leather; always apply it to the sponge first.
• Protect from frost and heat (+40 °C)
