Description

Leather and textiles can develop unpleasant odours for a wide variety of reasons, whether from the intense inherent smell of new leather, cigarette smoke, animal odours, urine or mould that accumulates in the material over time. Such odours are often difficult or impossible to eliminate by simply airing out or with conventional cleaning, as they penetrate deep into the fibres and adhere there permanently.

Fresh Up neutralises unpleasant odours by specifically encapsulating odour molecules and thus rendering them permanently ineffective, rather than merely masking them. The result is lasting odour neutralisation that tackles the problem at its root. At the same time, the product leaves a fresh, pleasant scent on the treated surfaces and textiles.

CAUTION: Most odours can be neutralised well with the odour reducer, but there are also odours that cannot be eliminated with Fresh Up. Urine odours are problematic if urine has repeatedly soaked into the leather over an extended period. Mould odour is only «easy» to treat if the underlying padding has not yet been affected by the odour problem. This is often only the case if the leather has been stored incorrectly for a short period. Please refer to our information text Treatment of mouldy leather. The odour of new leather can almost never be neutralised.

Application

Please read the instructions below carefully before each application!

Before application, the affected surfaces should always first be thoroughly cleaned. Spray Fresh Up onto a cloth and distribute it evenly over the surfaces.

IMPORTANT: For large upholstery, rub into all surfaces and folds! Also treat all gaps between the cushions and the reverse sides! Repeat the process if necessary, then air out for several days. This also applies to jackets, shoes and vehicles.
